My business, Solava Reid Consulting, is equal parts organizational development and personal development.

When I work with organizations I do strategic planning, grant writing and program development.  I even put my personal development practice into work and facilitate staff and nonprofit board trainings.

My personal development work comes in the form of  keynote speaking gigs, workshops personal development sessions called Shine On!  Shine on! is one-on-one personal development sessions for people willing to explore where they want to be.  It involves working through self doubt, training your brain, creativity exercises, visualizations, healing energy, yoga advice and more.

I can help you by connecting ideas, resources and plans of action.   I serve you by drawing on my experience as a facilitator, organizational development adviser and trust builder.  I believe in bringing more kindness and love into the world.
